Brand: McKinsey & Company Operations Practice

The Operations Practice at McKinsey & Company comprises of 5 service lines and 100s of consultants, located around the world. Within one month of Nicole’s initial brand presentation to the Practice, the sub-brand rolled out globally and was immediately followed with a customised 24 page brochure and 100+ page Powerpoint presentation for McKinsey’s Supply Chain service line, shown here.

Frameworks: the lower right image is a ‘framework’. This is a specific form of graphic design where an elusive idea, such as how to depict growth or transformation, needs to be shown in a chart format. The example is a simple but effective one Nicole developed for McKinsey’s Operations Practice.
